Privacy, in plain words.
Muisti has no accounts and no server of its own. Your notes sync through the private iCloud database of the Apple account already signed in on your Mac: Apple's infrastructure, your data, and nothing Muisti (or Didstopia) can read. Clipboard history stays on your Mac unless you deliberately turn sync on for it.
Note and clip content never leaves your devices except through your own iCloud. This is not a policy promise that could quietly change: the app has nowhere else to send it.

Five events. No content. An off switch.
To see which features matter, Muisti counts a few anonymous events through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service that works without identifying you. The events are fixed at compile time so they cannot carry content: there are exactly five, listed in Table 2, and each is a bare name with no payload.
Settings → Privacy has the opt-out. It is honored before every single event.

Maksut · Payments
Buying leaves the smallest possible trace.
Direct purchases are processed by Polar, the merchant of record: they handle payment details and EU VAT, and pass us your email address so the license key can reach you. The key itself validates offline on your Mac; there is no activation server to call home to.
Mac App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive no personal information from them at all.
